We provided technical translation services to Embraer practically since the foundation of All Tasks, 45 years ago. We have also worked for Boeing, Lan Chile, Gol, Avibras, TAM, Singapore Airlines, ITA, AEL, Equipaer, Aeromot and Raytheon.
Technical Translation Services for Embraer and the benefits of that partnership for All Tasks
We found one of the largest Technical Translation Departments we had ever seen at Embraer. In the beginning, 1976, despite being able to handle small jobs only, the great advantage of that partnership was the receiving a copy of the voluminous technical terminology glossaries developed by them, in several languages.
At a time when the only technical terminology dictionary available in the country was for Metallurgy, from English into Portuguese, and rare others could be found (including in other countries), such glossaries we truly precious. The assembly of an aircraft involves mechanics, electrics, electronics, mechatronics, automation systems, highly complex welding, special painting, use of parts with very rare alloys, other typical technologies of the sector and the observation and adoption of strict safety standards.
All-encompassing as they were, Embraer’s glossaries were the basis for technical translation services for the array of other areas we offered the overall market. They were very well crafted and still today are part of our library.
Technical Translation Services for other airline companies and the Aerospace Industry
We also had the pleasure of being chosen as the translation company in charge of the technical literature from several other companies of the Brazilian and American aerospace sector, such as TAM, Gol, Azul, Singapore Airlines, Lan Chile, ITA, Avibras, Boeing, Raytheon, CNPQ, INPE, Aeromot, Motores Rolls Royce, AEL, EADS and Equipaer.
